1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LetzGo! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LetzGo mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Latitudes Technologies ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, or using LetzGo, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To use LetzGo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the App under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the App.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid phone number for verification
• Your name and optional profile information

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Use of Services

4.1 Permitted Use

You may use LetzGo to:

• Create and manage events with friends and groups
• Track and split expenses among group members
• Communicate through in-app messaging
• Share photos, videos, and other media

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• ❌ Use the App for any illegal purpose
• ❌ Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• ❌ Send spam, unsolicited messages, or advertisements
• ❌ Impersonate any person or entity
• ❌ Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• ❌ Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App
• ❌ Collect user data without consent
• ❌ Share content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes others' rights
• ❌ Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• ❌ Use automated systems or bots to access the App

5. User Content

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of content you create and share on LetzGo ("User Content"). By sharing content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for providing the Service.

5.2 Content Standards

User Content must not:

• Contain illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Infringe intellectual property rights
• Contain private information of others without consent
• Promote violence, discrimination, or illegal activities

5.3 Content Removal

We may remove any content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate, without prior notice.

6. Expense Splitting Feature (Splitz)

The expense splitting feature is provided for convenience and informational purposes only:

• We do not process payments directly
• Settlement of debts is between users
• We are not responsible for disputes between users regarding expenses
• Accuracy of expense calculations depends on user input

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Property

LetzGo, including its design, features, content, and trademarks, is owned by Latitudes Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8.2 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use it without compensation or attribution.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the past 12 months
• We are not liable for disputes between users

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Latitudes Technologies from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your User Content

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue any feature of the App
• Update these Terms at any time
• Change pricing for premium features (if any)

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

14.1 By You

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

14.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Pose a risk to other users or the App

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through:

1. Informal Resolution: Contact us first to resolve the issue amicably
2. Arbitration: If unresolved, disputes will be settled by arbitration in Pune, India
3. Jurisdiction: Courts in Pune, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction

16. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, other provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
